To make a booking please enter your information on the Contact Us page of this site. By confirming your booking you acknowledge you agree to the general terms and conditions on this page. If you have any issues with the terms and conditions please let us know as soon as possible.
Additional travel fee and a minimum of 4 hour booking required for events located 20 miles or more away from zip code 29431
All bookings will be confirmed through email along with a signed contract and non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. To avoid delays to any service the balance must be paid at least 24 hours before your event start time. If your event has changed due to emergency or cancellations please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accomodate your needs, however your deposit will not be refunded but can be transferable to a future booking.
We accept payments via: Cash, Card, Paypal or Company Checks. To avoid delays to any service, balances must be paid in full 24 hours prior to event start time.
Cancellation Policy
We understand the unpredictability of planning an event. To cancel, or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given at least 24 hours before event start time. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability.
Cool Life LLC reserves the right to cancel any event for weather concerns to protect the safety of the clients as well as staff.
If there is any chance of rain, we will not be able to provide any services unless there is an indoor/sheltered alternative. In the case no alternative is found and the event has been paid in full, a refund will be issued, less the deposit.
If your event is cancelled prior to your event start time and your event has been paid in full, your deposit will not be refunded but may be transfered to a future booking.
A full refund will be issued (including deposit) if any of the following weather events happen i.e. natural disasters such as: Hurricane, Tropical Storms, Torrential downpours (all day) or other acts of God
